צורת מינון	טבליה, TABLETS למניעת מינון יתר או הרעלה יש ליטול את התרופה בהתאם למינון המומלץ כפי שמופיע בעלון לצרכן
התוויה	Hypertension: indicated for the treatment of heart failure ( NYHA II and III) usually in addition to diuretics and/or digitalis if use of an ACE inhibitor is not appropriate. Switching patients with heart failure who are stable on an ACE inhibitor to Ocsaar is not recommended. Renal protection in Type-2 diabetic patients with proteinuria: Indicated to delay the progression of renal disease as measured by a reduction in the combined incidence of doubling of serum creatinine end stage renal disease (need for dialysis or renal transplantation) or death and to reduce proteinuria. Reduction in the risk of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy. Indicated to reduce the risk of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality as measured by the combined incidence of cardiovascular death stroke and myocardial infarction in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy. The benefit of Losartan on the primary deposite endpoint was largely driven by reduction in the risk of stroke.

The benefit of Losartan on the primary deposite endpoint was largely driven by reduction in the risk of stroke. שימוש בסל תאריך הכללה בסל 01/03/2002 מסגרת הכללה בסל התרופה האמורה תינתן במקרים האלה: חולה הסובל מיתר לחץ דם או אי ספיקת לב הסובל בנוסף מרגישות לטיפול בתכשירים השייכים למשפחת מעכבי ACE או שפיתח תופעות לוואי לטיפול כאמור; לחולה הסובל מפרוטאינוריה מעל 1 גרם, בשילוב עם מעכבי ACE; טיפול בחלבון בשתן מתחת ל-1 גרם ומעל ל-30 מ"ג, עבור חולה שלא סובל מיתר לחץ דם או אי ספיקת לב, הסובל בנוסף מרגישות לטיפול בתכשירים השייכים למשפחת מעכבי ACE או שפיתח תופעות לוואי לטיפול כאמור.
